Cyprus package prices sit well below UK and US figures, and the saving is real — but a package price is not comparable to a UK quote until you have added medication, the frozen transfer and two sets of travel. We do not publish clinic prices as our own. What we can give you is the structure of the bill, what Cyprus packages typically leave out, and the method that tells you whether the saving survives a second cycle.

Why we do not print a price here

Two reasons, and both protect you. First, we are not a clinic and a number with no source behind it is worth nothing — every figure on this site is attributed to whoever published it. Second, Cyprus package prices vary by clinic, by treatment type and by what is bundled far more than they vary between the island and anywhere else. A single headline number would be the least useful thing we could tell you, and the easiest to write.

Bundled hotel nights are the detail that most distorts comparisons. A package that includes a week's accommodation looks dramatically better against a bare UK quote, and the right response is not to be impressed but to separate the medical price from the travel price and compare each on its own.

The two costs people forget

The second trip

Where embryos are frozen or tested — which is now standard — the transfer happens in a later cycle. That is a second set of flights, a second set of time off, and sometimes a second set of accommodation. Any comparison that counts one trip is wrong by roughly the price of one trip.

The second cycle

IVF is rarely a single purchase and the probability of a live birth from one cycle falls sharply with the age of the egg provider. Ask the clinic what a second cycle costs — many discount it substantially, and the size of that discount varies enough between Cyprus clinics to change which one is cheapest for you.

The comparison that gives you a real answer

Total a complete attempt in Cyprus: package, medication at the clinic's own written estimate, the frozen transfer, and both trips.
Total the same complete attempt at home, medication included.
Ask both for live birth per cycle started, for your age band, from their most recent full year.
Multiply each total by the number of cycles that data implies, using each clinic's repeat price.
Compare. At UK and US price levels Cyprus usually still wins comfortably — but now you know by how much, and for the right reason.
